Firm History
2024
HTW legally changes its name from HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners, PA to HTW & Associates, PA. The name change simplifies HTW’s brand identity and allows for potential growth into previously unexplored markets.
2023
After more than 20 years of service, founding partner Bob Hiegel officially retires from HTW.
2020
HTW’s engineering division moves into the newly renovated building next to HTW’s main office in downtown Russellville. This expansion allows both the architecture and engineering teams to expand.
2018
Three entities unite: Bob Hiegel Architect, P.A., Terrell Engineering, and Ira Wimer, Architect merge to form HTW Architects, Engineers, and Planners, PA. The unification of these companies allows HTW to provide architecture and engineering services under one umbrella.
2015
Founding partner Ira Wimer joins the firm. Ira brought nearly two decades of architecture experience to the firm. HTW’s main office also undergoes a major renovation.
2014
Jerry Terrell forms Terrell Engineering to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services across the United States.
2003
Bob Hiegel incorporates as Bob Hiegel Architect, P.A. and opens an office in Russellville, Arkansas. Jerry Terrell joins the Firm in August.
