HTW is currently working on the downtown street improvements for the City of Russellville. The goal is to move utilities underground and provide an enhanced aesthetic. Improvements will build upon and compliment the progress already happening in the Downtown District with landscaping, sidewalk and street pavers, and overall improved accessibility. We believe the project will contribute to an improved quality of life for the entire Russellville community.
