HTW provided Architecture and Engineering services for the historic J.L. Shinn building located in Russellville, Arkansas. A cornerstone in the revitalization of historic downtown Russellville, the Shinn building underwent major renovations and repairs to modernize the building’s use of space. The two story building currently houses a restaurant, a home theater store, and second floor offices.
